Hi, Need your advice, my Feb 15 medical report shown that SGPT/ALT: 54 U/L, SGOT/AST: 30 U/L and Gamma GT: 33 U/L and Total Cholesterol: 222 mg/dl, HDL Cholesterol: 44 mg/dl, LDL Cholesterol: 156 mg/dl and Cholesterol/HDL ratio: 5.0 % which Oct 14 report SGPT/ALT: 48 U/L, SGOT/AST: 30 U/L and Gamma GT: 33 U/L and Total Cholesterol: 227 mg/dl, HDL Cholesterol: 47 mg/dl, LDL Cholesterol: 159 mg/dl and Cholesterol/HDL ratio: 4.8 %, which Jan 14 report SGPT/ALT: 71 U/L, SGOT/AST: 39 U/L and Gamma GT: 31 U/L and Total Cholesterol: 186 mg/dl, HDL Cholesterol: 38 mg/dl, LDL Cholesterol: 130 mg/dl and Cholesterol/HDL ratio: 4.9 % Which my latest visit to my Gastro doctor ask me to take Heptral 200 mg (2 tablet in the morning), as he mentioned since that my liver condition is not improving (Around the same reading) which i have a new born baby and might not have time to exercise which my weight is averagely at 80 kg (No up and down) and difficult to lose weight, height: 172 so my doctor asked me to take Heptral 200 mg but i am worried that Heptral 200 mg is a liver supplement which taking long term will affect my health. is Heptral 200 mg safe to consume? Understand that Vit c and E can help to fight fatty liver as well right? May i know what is the recommended dosage for Vit c and E? i am age of 31 this year. I really hope to not take Heptral 200 mg as i dont know it will affect my daily life and is safe to consume which i thought i can try have good diet, exercise and Vit c and E can help with my fatty liver? I wish to get your professional advice. Thks
